What is Ne Yu® Bind?

Ne Yu® Bind is a product developed by Dr. G’s Creations® to use as a marinade stabilizer, and is an option for replacing ISP (isolated soy protein), carrageenan, and gum type products.  Ne Yu® Bind is an allergen-free, gluten-free, hydrocolloid system that binds the moisture to your product.  Ne Yu® Bind ensures your product remains succulent with a pleasant texture.  It is used to enhance quality in a variety of proteins and meat alternative products to provide superior binding, moisture retention, and product quality. 

Applications

  • Add to the marination systems of poultry, seafood, pork, and beef to retain moisture during the freezing and thawing process.

  • Use for injection of proteins.

  • Use to improve the binding capability and texture of protein in soup products.

Ne Yu® Bind 100: Injectable System designed for whole birds, wings, or thighs.

Ne Yu® Bind 555: Replaces soy type products in marinades to provide stable viscosity.
Cold water-soluble system for whole muscle products.

Ne Yu® Bind 667: Freeze/thaw stability in poultry and seafood products.

Ne Yu® Bind 1000: Good for use in soups and for white meat and seafood marinade systems. Designed for white meat and seafood products.

Ne Yu® Bind 2000: A modified Tapioca starch with excellent freeze/thaw moisture retention. Tapioca starch blend with cold water solubility.
