NuPhos® is a hydrocolloid-based Phosphate Replacement system developed by Dr. G’s Creations®. NuPhos® is an allergen-free, gluten-free, unique proprietary starch blend that performs the ionic function of phosphates in protein products. NuPhos® gives a natural bite while maintaining moisture, flavor, and yield improvement without the negative aspects of phosphates.
