Sales Associate

We are seeking an immediate need for a highly-motivated, goal-oriented Sales Associate, New Business Development Coordinator, Technical Sales Manager and Director of Technical Sales with a genuine desire to manage long-term customer relationships and the ability to develop new customer relationships.  The ideal candidate offers interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients through verbal and written communication.  The Associate should be able to bring new ideas to the table while providing an exceptional selling and customer service rapport to a wide range of existing and potential customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing a plus! Ingredient Sales Required!

  • Service multiple customers timely and professionally

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service 

  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

  • Recommend items that match customer needs

  • Welcome and greet customers

  • Manage point-of-sale processes 

  • Keep up to date with product information

  • Accurately describe product features and benefits

  • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
